“BIG Awards 2025” (hereinafter referred to as “BIG” or “BIG Awards”) is fully owned by ANKITHA & MAHINDRAA Inc. BIG is organised and conducted by Neferrtiti (The Great Indian Wedding and Events), Ethereal Celebrations Management, Pavonine Events and Paper Rabbit Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “the Management”). BIG will be conducted based on the Rules and Regulations stated hereunder (“Terms and Conditions” or “T&C” or “Rules” or “Rules and Regulations”). BIG reserves the right to modify these Rules without any prior notice and all parties are advised to regularly access and stay up to date with the same. In case of disagreement with these Rules, Parties are advised to not participate or engage with BIG.
Call for Entries and Participation
- Any participant who complies with the eligibility criteria can apply for a nomination by clicking here.
- The final date to submit a nomination entry is 20th July 2025 (23:59:59 IST). BIG reserves the right to alter the CFE period at its own discretion. In the event of any changes, BIG may communicate the same on the website and social channels. BIG is not liable for any losses arising out of such changes.
- Categorisation of the entry is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Any miscategorization may result in disqualification without a refund of the application fee.
- One application form can only be used for one nomination. More than one nomination for an entry into the same category will be disqualified without a refund of the application fee. Entrants may submit the same entry for more than one category.
- One application form can only be used for a single entry in each category. The entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances once the application has been made.
- Applications after the specified last day may be entertained at the sole discretion of BIG Management.
- BIG is not responsible for application forms that are lost in transit/ received late/ damaged/ loss due to or lapse in any communication on account of internet failure.
- An entry will only be considered complete and valid if the steps required to submit a nomination are completed in full.
- A nomination will only be considered to be “received” by BIG when the entry is submitted by the participant along with the payment and when this is reflected on the Entry Platform.
- Automated receipt confirmation by the Entrant will not constitute as proof of actual receipt of the application. If the participant fails to complete the full application process as laid out or violates any of the Rules, the Nomination will be disqualified.
- By submitting an entry, the Entrant acknowledges that the content of the entry is not confidential or comprises any sensitive or personal information.
- Entries received which do not adhere to the Rules will be disqualified.
- Entrants must ensure the entry submitted is decent, in compliance with applicable laws, and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libellous, or blasphemous to any person living or dead, religious sentiments, or infringes any third party rights.
- Entrant must not host, display, uphold, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person;
- Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libellous, invasive of others’ privacy, hateful, or racially, ethically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging to any unlawful activities;
- Harms minors in any way;
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other property/propriety rights;
- Violates any laws;
- Impersonates another person in any way;
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of computer resources;
- The Entrant agrees that BIG has the right to remove any such material and content and disqualify the Entrant.
- BIG’s decisions in regard to the selection and declaration of the Finalists shall be final and final and binding.
- Only submission of Entry does not guarantee participation and/or selection in the award process.
- Providing your phone number is implicit consent to receive SMS and phone calls in regard to BIG Awards.
- Entrants may be contacted for any additional information and verification regarding their nomination.
- BIG has the right to request documentary proof of information such as contracts and email communication with clients, snapshots of the event and any other documentation of a similar nature to substantiate the validity of such event. Non-compliance with such requests may lead to disqualification from BIG.
- Information provided by the Entrant will be used for evaluation of the nomination. Additionally, this may be used by BIG for promotional material.
- BIG Awards Management may contact the Entrant in any means deemed appropriate.
- In the event that it is not possible to contact the Entrant to obtain information, the Nomination may be disqualified.
- The Entrant irrevocably authorises BIG to use data collected during and/or the Award in respect to the Participant. This shall be the property of ANKITHA & MAHINDRAA Inc. and BIG Awards. The same shall be entitled to use this data for communication purposes that include but are not limited to marketing promotions and advertisements by BIG Awards and its affiliates.
- BIG is not liable in any manner for any mishap, accident, injury or damages etc. of any nature caused to participants during the Award.
- BIG is not liable in any manner for any loss, damage, theft, or mishap caused during the Awards.
- All nominations are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed by BIG Management and complete compliance with the Rules and Regulations.
- Should an Entrant wish to withdraw their nomination, they can do so upto 2 weeks before the Award. No reimbursement/ refund costs which have been borne by the Applicant has born will be entertained.
By submitting a nomination for The BIG Awards, applicants agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.
Eligibility & Submission Guidelines
All nominations must be submitted through the official BIG Awards platform within the designated timeframe.
– Submissions must be relevant to the specific award category applied for.
– Proxy submissions, duplicate entries for the same award, or false/misleading information will result in immediate disqualification without a refund of nomination fees.
– Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable details, including legitimate work samples, client reviews, and testimonials.
– Client Authorization Letter: Client Authorization Letter is the supporting document which will serve as a No Objection Certificate/agreement, allowing participants to include event details in the award nomination. Grounds For Disqualification
A nomination will be canceled and disqualified without refund if any of the following are found:
– Proxy Submissions – Entering on behalf of someone else without proper authorisation.
– Duplicate Submissions – Submitting the same entry multiple times for the same award.
– Fake Profiles & Misleading Information – Providing false credentials, fabricated testimonials, or manipulated evidence.
– Illegitimate Evidence – Any attempt to submit work or documentation that is plagiarised, altered, or does not belong to the applicant.
– Bribery or Influence Attempts – Any direct or indirect attempt to manipulate the nomination or jury process through bribery or undue influence.
– Branding Restrictions: Brand names, logos, or watermarks must not appear in any supporting materials submitted by participants except in the Client Authorization Letter.
Judging Process & Independence
– All nominations will be evaluated based on the quality of work, client reviews, testimonials, and overall industry impact.
– The final decision will be made solely by an independent jury comprising industry experts.
– BIG Awards has no role in deciding the winners and does not interfere with the jury’s selection process.
Data & Confidentiality
– By submitting a nomination, applicants consent to the use of their information for award evaluation, promotional purposes, and event communications.
– All submitted materials may be used by BIG Awards for marketing and archival purposes.
Amendments & Final Authority
– BIG Awards reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
– The decision of the independent jury is final and binding, and no appeals or disputes regarding the results will be entertained.
– Winner Selection: It’s not necessary that every category is guaranteed a winner, as selections will depend on meeting the minimum evaluation criteria at the Jury’s discretion.
