- All Entries must be submitted before the 3rd of August 2025.
- Entries are restricted to ONE per Entrant per category. Entrants may register Nominations for multiple categories.
- All event Nominations must have been physically or digitally released between April 1st, 2024, and March 31st, 2025.

Steps For Entering
- Complete the nomination form fully, which can be accessed here.
- Complete the payment.
- Receive the verification callback from BIG Awards.
- Receive an email with confirmation on uploaded supporting documents for your nomination.
- Once all your supporting documents are uploaded, receive a confirmation callback to finalise your nomination.
- Branding Restrictions: Brand names, logos, or watermarks must not appear in any supporting materials submitted by participants except in the Client Authorization Letter.
- Any mention or indication of agency branding, or identification could lead to disqualification of entry.
- Client Authorization Letter: Authorization Letter is the supporting document which will serve as a No Objection Certificate/agreement, allowing participants to include event details in the award nomination. A template for this letter is attached for your reference and will be shared with participants.
Consultation
Participants will have access to WhatsApp support functionality on the website for any doubts or questions regarding the terms or any element of the Awards, or for any queries or concerns about the Awards. The awards management shall endeavor to the best of its ability to respond there to.

Judging Criteria
- BIG Awards is committed to fairness and transparency throughout the judging process. To ensure this, BIG Awards employs an external Jury comprised of industry leaders. The Jury is externally managed and BIG Awards bears no influence over the evaluation process, judging, and final decisions. The Jury will examine a number of criteria based on the evidence that has been submitted.

- Winners will be crowned at the BIG Awards ceremony on the 31st of August at the Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center
Winner Selection Process
Nominations will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria by BIG Management. BIG Management will evaluate the eligibility of nominations based on the pre-determined criteria. BIG Management will collect and compile evidence.
Award
- An unclaimed Award will be considered as a forfeiture by default. An appeal may be made by the Winner to claim the award after which the discretion on how to dispense the same rests solely with BIG Management.
- The BIG Award is not transferable or assignable. Cash substation, redemption, or cash value in lieu of the Award is not available.
- BIG gives no warranty and shall not be liable for the quality, warranty, or replacement of the Award.
- All taxes, levies and charges relating to the Award will be borne by the Winner.
- If at any time, including the disbursement of the Award, any information submitted by the Entrant is deemed to be false, misleading or misrepresented, the Award will forfeited and the Entrant will be liable to return the same and damages for losses this may cause.
General Rules & Regulations
- BIG endeavours to keep all data and information collected from Participants confidential. Participants agree that BIG has the right to use and share information collected with affiliated third parties as it deems fit for marketing and promotional use.
- The Participant agrees that collected personal information may be shared with BIG Affiliated third parties who may use the same for marketing and promotional purposes.
- While BIG will endeavour to make all reasonable attempts to enable participants to proceed with the Award and to contact the Participants at each relevant juncture, BIG does not guarantee this and is in its sole discretion entitled to proceed to the next Participant under these Rules in the case where it is unable to successfully communicate with any Participant.
- Entrants represent to BIG that all information, including any photos, texts, videos, graphics, images and any other material submitted by the Entrant for the Award are solely owned by the Entrant or are provided with the express authority of the respective owners and the use of which will not infringe upon any other individual or organisational rights. Entrants will be solely responsible for handling infringement or alleged infringement and shall indemnify BIG Management and any stakeholders of any losses, costs or damages, expenses from infringement or alleged infringement by any content.
- By entering the Award, the Entrant agrees that any and all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs, patents, and other creative outputs arising from or connected to the Award — such as communications, photographs, text, videos, images, documents, performances, and any other related material (“Material”) — shall be considered a “work for hire” and shall be the sole and exclusive property of BIG and/or its assignees from the moment of creation. In the event the Material is not classified as a “work for hire” under applicable law, all rights, titles, and interests in such Material shall be deemed automatically assigned to BIG upon creation, without the need for further documentation or compensation. BIG shall have full discretion to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Material in any form and for any purpose, worldwide and in perpetuity, without requiring any further permission, notice, or consent from the Entrant. The Entrant agrees to execute any additional documents BIG may request to confirm or effectuate this assignment of rights. All such rights assigned to BIG shall include, where applicable, moral rights, including rights of attribution and integrity, and shall be irrevocable and universal in nature.
- By participating in the Award, the Entrant automatically grants the Company and Award Management a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, and exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted entry and any content or material associated with their participation (“Content”) in connection with the Award. This includes any intellectual property rights arising from or related to the Content and participation in the Award, as well as any images, footage, or representations of the Entrant or their work. This license extends to all forms of media and communication including, but not limited to, trade publications, press releases, digital or electronic postings on the Award website, the BIG platform and its associated channels, hyperlinks, and any format chosen by BIG, both during and after the Award period. No additional documentation, permission, or consent will be required from the Entrant for this usage. For the avoidance of doubt, while BIG Award Management is granted the rights to use and display the Content and associated intellectual property, the ownership of such intellectual property — including any developments, extensions, or supplementary materials related to the entry — shall reside solely and exclusively with BIG Awards.
- By participating in BIG Awards to any extent, the individual waives all copyright, right of publicity and any related rights and consents BIG’s right to picture, tape and exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter without any compensation for advertising and publicity purposes except where prohibited by statute.
- Participants agree to participate in the Award at their own will and BIG is not in any way obligated to or liable for any loss or costs that the Participant may suffer or incur. Nothing is payable to the Participant for attending or following the Award broadcast.
- BIG and its Management shall not be liable for any disruptions, stoppages, interruptions or cancellation of the Award. Neither BIG, its Management nor its contractors will be held responsible for the same in respect to matters out of its control and force majeure factors.
- While BIG will make every effort to adhere to defined timelines and schedules, these are subject to change at the sole direction of BIG Management. Neither BIG, its Management nor its third-party contractors will be liable for any loss this may cause.
- BIG Management reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, withdraw amend or add these Rules/ format of the Award with prospective or retrospective effect. BIG Management is not liable for any loss or damage this may result.
- BIG nor any of its Management and affiliates or group companies shall be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect, punitive or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is sustained in connection with the participation herein or any aspect of the Award. Neither BIG nor any of its Management and affiliates or group companies shall be responsible for any consumer grievances concerning the participation of the Award.
- BIG is not liable in any manner for any incident or accident that may occur during the course of Participants’ travel to and from the venue of the Award.
- False names, identities, false mobile numbers, fake email addresses and any other suppression of identity with false pretences will result in disqualification and penalisation.
- Entrants found indulging in malpractices including but not limited to cheating, misrepresentation, and providing false information shall be disqualified from the Award and may face legal action.
- In the event any Entrant or Winner is found to be in violation of any Award Rules, Management reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against them in addition to disqualification. BIG reserves the right to recover the prize or any expense it may have incurred in regard to the Participant.
- The decision of BIG on all matters, queries or disputes arising out of the Award including all aspects of the selection process shall be final and binding and correspondence may be entertained at the sole discretion of Management.
- All information provided in regard to BIG Awards is provided “as is” without any kind of warranty. BIG Award Management makes no representation and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the Participant and/ or third party including but not limited to warranties as to the accuracy, time lines, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
- With respect to prizes, any withholding requirements will be complied with. Any and all taxation arising from the Award for Participants are the sole responsibility of the Participants.
- Entrants agree that participation at any juncture of the Award shall not entitle them to participation in subsequent stages. BIG Award Management reserves absolute and sole discretion to disqualify or exclude a Participant from any stage of the Award without assigning any reason.
- The Participant expressly agrees and grants full permission to BIG Awards, and any parties authorised by it, to record their participation in the Award. This includes, but is not limited to, video and/or audio recordings of performances, interactions with the Company, fellow Participants, jury members, and representatives, as well as any personal conversations or responses shared during the Award process (“Footage”). All rights, title, and interest in the Footage shall vest solely and exclusively with BIG Awards in perpetuity, throughout the world. The Company shall have the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Footage in any format, through any media, for any purpose, including promotional, commercial, or archival use, without the need for any further consent, compensation, or notice to the Participant. The Participant acknowledges that they shall have no claims to the Footage or any proceeds derived from its use.
- Entrants shall not offer any bribe or make any gesture towards any Award Management team or jury in exchange for favours in relation to BIG Awards. Any such action will result in disqualification and may result in legal action against the Entrant.
- Any fraud in relation to entry form or tampering with the selection process will result in disqualification and may result in legal action against the perpetrator.
- Any ancillary expenses arising from participation, including but not limited to travel and lodging shall be borne by the Participant. This is also applicable to individuals that may be accompanying them.
- Carrying any weapons, alcohol or any criminalised drug to the Award is strictly prohibited and BIG will aid in any way it can with a criminal prosecution.
- All Participants agree and confirm that they shall have no title, right, interest or any other claim whatsoever over their performance/photos submitted or created during the Award and the copyright for the same rests solely on within BIG Awards and in perpetuity for the world.
- BIG Awards is not liable to the winner for cancellation, discontinuation and/or postponement of the Award.
- BIG Awards may be discontinued or terminated at any point of time without assigning any reason thereof without being liable to any Participant.
- The Entrant undertakes that they are not entitled to cash or any alternatives for participation in the Award.
- All participants undertake to provide and/or execute any documents as may deemed necessary by BIG to carry out their obligations under these Rules.
- BIG reserves the right to modify these Rules at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- BIG Awards and its Management are in no way responsible and liable for non-fulfilment of commitments/ obligations of third parties.
- All decisions made by BIG Award and its management shall be final and binding. No dispute regarding the participation/selection/rejection/broadcast or rights of the Participants will be entertained at any point.
- The Entrants shall indemnify and hold BIG Awards harmless, its group companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors and employees, against any loss that may occur to them due to the non-adherence of these Rules.
- BIG shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by any Entrant at any stage of the BIG Awards. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of opportunity, income, or employment resulting from participation, selection, or disqualification;
- Any decision made by BIG or its representatives;
- Comments, critiques, or feedback expressed by BIG or members of the jury;
- Technical, typographical, or printing errors related to Award materials or communications;
- Any incident or injury occurring during travel or activities undertaken as part of the Award.
- BIG expressly disclaims liability for all direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, reputation, property, or expected gains. BIG will also not be liable for any damages arising from acts or omissions by third parties, the Entrant themselves, or due to circumstances beyond BIG’s reasonable control. All participation in the BIG Awards is undertaken at the sole risk of the Entrant.
- These Rules and the Award shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local law applicable in India. Any and all disputes arising with respect to the Award and/or these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts in Bengaluru.
- All rights in respect of these Rules and Regulations are reserved by the Award Management and are subject to change from time to time, without prior intimation by BIG by way of publishing the same on its website. Participants agree that they will abide by the same.
- If any provision of these Rules and Regulations is held by any court or any other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or any part, the other provisions of these Regulations and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
- BIG Awards Management is empowered to make a decision on any case not covered by the present Rules and Regulations.
- Provisions within these Terms and Conditions are severable. If any clause is held to be unenforceable, its invalidity will only extend that individual situation and does not affect the applicability of the remaining provisions.
- Any and all extents and forms of participation in BIG Awards will be construed as the participant has read, understood and agreed to abide by all the Terms and Conditions as set out by BIG Awards.
Indemnities & Conflict Resolution
- The Entrant and their legal representatives agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company (ANKITHA & MAHINDRAA Inc.), the Award Management, its affiliates, group companies, sponsors, partners, evaluators, process partners, employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Entrant’s participation in the Award. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from submission content, use or misuse of any prize, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Entrant.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, or any aspect of the Award, the decision of the Award Management shall be final and binding. Any clarification requests or concerns may be submitted to info@bigawards.com; however, the Company is under no obligation to respond and any lack of response shall not constitute a valid reason for extension of deadlines or deviation from stated rules.
Disclaimers
- BIG Awards is has no obligation to screen information submitted and is not responsible monitoring information provided to prevent violation of intellectual property ownership rights, or violations of any laws or regulations.
- The BIG Awards Website is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company and the Award Management make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Award or the official website. This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company and Award Management do not warrant that:
- The website or its functions will operate without interruption or be error-free.
- Any defects will be corrected.
- The website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Information submitted through the website will be secure, and
- the information provided on the website will be accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Any use of the website, including the online entry form, is at the Participant’s own risk. The Company and Award Management shall not be responsible for any costs arising from servicing, repairing, or replacing equipment or data due to the use of the website.
Limitations of Liability & Remedies
- BIG Award Management reserves the sole discretion to at any time during the judging process reject or disqualify any Entrant who is deemed ineligible or for any reason that the Management feels is necessary for reasons including but not limited to if the participant has not complied with the Rules of the Award, the Award Management decides that the Entrant is not eligible for the Award, the Participant is involved or is suspected to be involved in cheating, unethical behaviour, or any of the other reasons as listed by the Rules, the Participant attempts to bribe/ harass/ influence or other parties to unfairly influence the judging process. BIG reserves the sole discretion to disqualify and remove Participants from the Award to preserve the fairness of the system.
- Participants and all visitors accessing the official Award website agree that neither the Company, the Award Management, nor any third-party service or content providers involved in the Award will be held liable for any losses or damages—whether direct or indirect—that may arise from their use of the website or participation in the Award. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from: inability to access or use the website or online forms, errors or omissions in information provided on the website, technical issues, data loss, or viruses, travel or participation related to the Award, use or misuse of any prize. The Company and its partners will not be responsible for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (such as loss of data, defamation, or business interruption), even if foreseeable or advised of the possibility. Use of the website and participation in the Award is done entirely at the Participant’s own risk.
- Participation in the Award implies unconditional acceptance of all the Rules and Regulations of the Award by the Participant.
Call for Entries and Participation
- Any participant who complies with the eligibility criteria can apply for a nomination by clicking here.
- The final date to submit a nomination entry is 20th July 2025 (23:59:59 IST). BIG reserves the right to alter the CFE period at its own discretion. In the event of any changes, BIG may communicate the same on the website and social channels. BIG is not liable for any losses arising out of such changes.
- Categorisation of the entry is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Any miscategorization may result in disqualification without a refund of the application fee.
- One application form can only be used for one nomination. More than one nomination for an entry into the same category will be disqualified without a refund of the application fee. Entrants may submit the same entry for more than one category.
- One application form can only be used for a single entry in each category. The entry fees are not refundable under any circumstances once the application has been made.
- Applications after the specified last day may be entertained at the sole discretion of BIG Management.
- BIG is not responsible for application forms that are lost in transit/ received late/ damaged/ loss due to or lapse in any communication on account of internet failure.
- An entry will only be considered complete and valid if the steps required to submit a nomination are completed in full.
- A nomination will only be considered to be “received” by BIG when the entry is submitted by the participant along with the payment and when this is reflected on the Entry Platform.
- Automated receipt confirmation by the Entrant will not constitute as proof of actual receipt of the application. If the participant fails to complete the full application process as laid out or violates any of the Rules, the Nomination will be disqualified.
- By submitting an entry, the Entrant acknowledges that the content of the entry is not confidential or comprises any sensitive or personal information.
- Entries received which do not adhere to the Rules will be disqualified.
- Entrants must ensure the entry submitted is decent, in compliance with applicable laws, and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libellous, or blasphemous to any person living or dead, religious sentiments, or infringes any third party rights.
- Entrant must not host, display, uphold, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person;
- Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libellous, invasive of others’ privacy, hateful, or racially, ethically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging to any unlawful activities;
- Harms minors in any way;
- Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other property/propriety rights;
- Violates any laws;
- Impersonates another person in any way;
- Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of computer resources;
- The Entrant agrees that BIG has the right to remove any such material and content and disqualify the Entrant.
- BIG’s decisions in regard to the selection and declaration of the Finalists shall be final and final and binding.
- Mere submission of Entry does not guarantee participation and/or selection in the award show.
- Providing your phone number is implicit consent to receive SMS and phone calls in regard to BIG Awards.
- Entrants may be contacted for any additional information and verification regarding their nomination.
- BIG has the right to request documentary proof of information such as contracts and email communication with clients, snapshots of the event and any other documentation of a similar nature to substantiate the validity of such event. Non-compliance with such requests may lead to disqualification from BIG.
- Information provided by the Entrant will be used for evaluation of the nomination. Additionally, this may be used by BIG for promotional material.
- BIG Awards Management may contact the Entrant in any means deemed appropriate.
- In the event that it is not possible to contact the Entrant to obtain information, the Nomination may be disqualified.
- The Entrant irrevocably authorises BIG to use data collected during and/or the Award in respect to the Participant. This shall be the property of ANKITHA & MAHINDRAA Inc. and BIG Awards. The same shall be entitled to use this data for communication purposes that include but are not limited to marketing promotions and advertisements by BIG Awards and its affiliates.
- BIG is not liable in any manner for any mishap, accident, injury or damages etc. of any nature caused to participants during the Award.
- BIG is not liable in any manner for any loss, damage, theft, or mishap caused during the Awards.
- All nominations are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed by BIG Management and complete compliance with the Rules and Regulations.
- Should an Entrant wish to withdraw their nomination, they can do so upto 2 weeks before the Award. No reimbursement/ refund costs which have been borne by the Applicant has born will be entertained.
