Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all payments made for BIG Expo stall registrations, attendee entry to any part of the event, award nominations, and fashion show showcase slot fees. 

Cancellation Policy

– No Cancellations are permitted for any of the above registrations. 

No Refund Policy

– Under no circumstances will refunds be provided for any payments made. 

– This applies to all types of registrations, nominations, and fees, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Transferability

– If an attendee or exhibitor is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration or stall space to another individual or business, subject to approval from the BIG Awards team. 

– Transfers must be requested in writing and completed within the deadlines specified by the event organizers. 

Force Majeure

– In the event of postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies), no refunds will be issued. 

– Alternative participation options may be offered at the discretion of the event organizers. 

By proceeding with any registration, nomination, or booking, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
